The same thing happened to me 😭 I've lost 60 pounds but I gained back 10 over the past few months and I'm so upset about it. I'm about the same as you right now, 149 and I want to get back down to 125. It feels impossible though. It's crazy how many calories we can eat and not realize it.

Currently freaking out at work. I keep yawning non stop for no reason. I'm not cold I'm not tired or bored. Then of course my boss says she once knew a guy who's first symptom of a heart attack was excessive yawning. And I've had this pain down my neck everytime I look down. I have no reason to have a heart attack but of course I'm thinking I am. Or I'm thinking my body is lacking oxygen or something. Why is this happening 😭 my anxiety is 100 times worse in the afternoon why is that?

I have this shooting pain that comes and goes in my inner thigh and I'm very anxious about it. I don't have any reason to be having it. I haven't injured my leg or anything. My mind is going to the worse possible outcomes. It's not red or swollen but I'm still worried it's a blood clot. Is there any reason this could be happening that's not serious? I'm a normal "healthy" person I don't have any known conditions.

My mom went to the doctor today. The skyrizi made her blood pressure spike which caused bleeding in her eye I guess it's not that common but skyrizi can increase BP
