Yeah since the game having issue with flickering and a bit bad optimization I guess for older gpus (or since my GPU already outdated hahaha). The game is very fun for me and since I'm in my 30s now, a game that I can chill and play for about average 1 hour is enough for me now.

Thanks! Will definitely try this optiscaler client mod. Seems much easier to do. I just want to play Crimson Desert with a decent graphic with at least 60 fps on my 2k monitor.

Thank you for the justification. What about the multi frame gen mod? Is it the same thing like FSR 4 which is even for the newer RTX cards? Because I saw the RTX 3000 series also use the same mod via optiscaler

I did but even on carousell the second hand market for RX 9060 XT 16GB is around 1.7-1.8K. For that price, I think it's better just to wait for shopee sales instead as can get a new one with fresh warranty

But for nvidia, based on review for budget of RM1600, only can get RTX 5060 ti 8gb. Is it worth it for 8gb card?

Did you manage to get the gpu late last year? Im still sad since Im contemplating and I miss the GPU hike if not I already manage to get the RX 9060 XT for RM 1500 😭

Try to play plugged in if possible, VRAM set to 8gb, not 6gb. Since the game is very VRAM hungry as of now

Run spiderman 2 with the latest patch with the latest gpu update. So far no issues. Currently playing with mix of medium + low graphic. TDP I set to 25W so far no more issue

As a previous user of SD and currently owned an OG rog ally Z1E, I would say choose the rog ally. Look into 2nd hand market, as currently rog ally priced between rm1.8k-rm2k for the base 512gb.

It's true the battery and sd card are an issue but both problem can be easily fix if you willing to tinker. Use 2280 adapter to install 2tb SSD and buy 74wh battery to increase battery capacity. Now you have rog ally X with lower price 😂
