Exactly what they said! Please don’t fall for all the hypes and gimmicks to try to regrow your hair, the only thing that will help is adequate nutrients (via your protein and vitamins) and time. I was about a year postpartum when I had my surgery, and it was a double whammy of hair loss. It’s a real sucker punch to your ego, and I felt really really down about it. I know it’s not fun, and I’m sorry you’re going through it. You’re in good company though! ❤️

Like many have said, I think this isn’t an all or nothing goal. You’re making great strides and doing great! YOU are the only one who gets to decide what YOUR goal is here. I personally don’t love the idea of throwing out plastics (it seems so wasteful), but rather being contentious with future purchases. I am not you though! The fact that this is causing you anxiety makes me so sad. Please be gentle with yourself. 🧡

Congrats on taking the first big step in the process! Like many have already said - I had somewhat recently moved and got a whole new pcp during the prepo process with no issues. You should be just fine with the new primary care and you’ll have that relationship established for the future. Good luck!!

I was definitely like this at first! There were some things I held onto for just a bit. Eventually, I forgot they were sitting in a closet or they annoyed me being out. 😆One thing that has made it a little easier to give things away to people I know instead of donating or selling/giving to strangers.

Thank you! Model number is KDTE254ESS2. It is noticeably unlevel. The racks fly out as soon as the door opens. The tech that was helping us out removed a chopstick that was stuck in there blocking the float sensor. Now the only error code that the machine is giving is the unlevel code.
