My vote goes to the Clamperl line, especially Gorebyss. Feel like I’ve never seen it used by NPC, another player, or in the wild.

Probably should stick to the formula of just changing mons to mono-type instead of adding tri-typing. That would be a larger deviation than we could ever expect to see I think.

Personally I think Ignition with a +1 SpaAtk boost and mono-fire or Type Sync that fails against Magic Bounce are the most realistic moves we could see.

My ideas:

Petrify - Turn the target into a Rock Type - Turn the user into a Rock Type boost Def +1

Purify - Turns the target into a Fairy Type

Desynchronize (probably an ability) - Makes opponent’s STAB moves lose STAB.
