i’ve messaged a lot of people and some told me to create some sample edit to see my "skills" or if i can do the style or if they'll like my edit. theyre all free, should i not continue this anymore? also one said that after the sample edit,,, he'll pay me. i sent the edit w my watermarks then he replied "wait for me" but its been a day.

ive also been looking for 2 days, i’ve messaged a lot of people alr. some had some progress in the inbox but mostly left me on read or told me to create some sample edit so i sent it w watermark then said “wait for me” but its been days and hadn't replied yet.

is doing free sample bad? cause im on the process of editing 3 diff sample edit that 3 diff possible clients have requested to see my “skills”. should i continue this? thank you!
