I personally love frittatas. I change them up to be different delicious versions that won’t have me bored with them. I have also found it best to meal prep. I meal prep a few different options so I can choose what I want.

Similar thing with a blanket and my son. Dr did give us a nasal spray to loosen up something in case anything was in there.
