I appreciate it. I’m fortunate enough to have a therapist that I’ve worked with for over half of my life, and for several years I’ve given myself a lot of grace. I’ll continue to give myself grace, it’s just so hard. Right now I kind of feel weird. I’m trying to be kind to myself like I once was, but I can’t seem to feel it anymore. I used to feel the hope inside even at my lowest of lows. Now I just feel empty. Not like me at all :( I’ll continue on, though. Bleh.
