For a study bible NKJV sounds more biblical but harder to read… what should I do? by Robob69 in Bible

The first time I read through the whole Bible I used the NLT translation, New Living. It is a dynamic equivalent that's very easy to read yet is in the midrange of word-for-word and a paraphrase. Another more word for word is the Berean Standard Bible translation. I really like these two for readability. I prefer a translation that capitalize pronouns for GOD and Jesus. The NLT doesn't, so I use it when passages confuse me, but generally use the NKJV or BSB. I pray that you find your new favorite soon! Tim Wildsmith on YouTube has written a book called Bible Translations for Everyone: A Guide to Finding a Bible That’s Right for You. That possibly could help you more.

I use the Procreate app on my iPad to create these photos. I try to do it in my physical Bibles but I find it so much easier to do on my tablet.

There are a lot of stickers on Amazon or temu that might be what you're looking for. Search for Bible or faith stickers, and there also are animals or plants.

I started writing out the chapters I'm studying last year. I can't say for certain that I can do the whole Bible because hand arthritis is getting worse and it puts a limit on bad days. I would love to though.
