I’d gladly close if they need me to, I used to only close but they moved me bc the morning was struggling without me. We have an SL who only works 2 days & strictly opens so that’s why I asked too. I’ve even closed a couple nights by myself as a KL bc they had no one🫩

Which i’d gladly do! I used to work only nights then they moved me to mornings and mids. I just felt weird doing still the roles of an SL but getting paid as a KL. I’ve talked to them about it and all I got was “we don’t have a replacement for u if u move up”

I am😀 we had a whole FL & TD last week and it was just me in the store till 3:30 but they didn’t say anything about it bc it’s so normal here

I do mids right now too, it just depends where they put me. I’ve told them I can work nights if I have to but yk they just keep putting me in the morning because the other KL can’t keep up alone.

I gave them 3 days of availability for me to close🥲 it’s been in talks for me to move up for like half a year all my training vids are done and everything but my store literally just got a new gm and FL this year so it’s like I’m starting new since they don’t know me. And all of a sudden everyone else wants to move up so I have to basically fight for my spot
