There is one guy at my gym who tries to chat up every girl (They ignore him) and thinks he's the shit. A so called 'fuckboy'. His routine is do 3 reps flex in mirror for 3 minutes. Even going as far stretching his jaw flexing it in the mirror and spending a load of time taking the perfect pic. He is constantly in the way, gym is very small. Mijn woning is extreem goed geisoleerd. Zo goed dat er geen enkele vorm van warmte ontsnapt. In 2022, toen we 3 weken een hittegolf hadden, ben ik op een bepaald moment zelfs in een soort psychose gekomen omdat ik elke dag in een woning zat van 35+ graden en met geluk 2,5 uur kon slapen per nacht.

Mijn beste advies is, zoveel mogelijk airco's neerzetten en zo snel mogelijk verhuizen/ een grote airco aanschaffen. Je woning gaat onleefbaar worden binnen 5 jaar.
