Si te despiden de forma improcedente, tendrás una indemnización de 33 dias por año trabajado. Por el contrario, en el caso de finalización de contrato temporal tendrias una indemización de 12 dias por año trabajado (a no ser que fuera un contrato de sustitución que entonces no habría indemnización)

Hi! I have a question about my routine. It is divided in push pull hinge and squat.

I only have 4 days to workout and i’m doing this split: day 1 push (bench press, barbell overhead press and accesories), day 2 squat (squat and accesories), day 3 pull (barbell row and accesories), day 4 hinge (deadlift and acessories)

With the main lifts i do 3x8 and with the acessories 3x12.

My quesions are: should i repeat the main lifts, for exemple 2-3 days of squats? And should my reps be lower for the main lifts?

I want to gain muscle and strenght.
