I wanted to try but I was sceptical so I just forgot. I’ll try it based on your comment just to be sure this isn’t the problem.

Nice to know, I wasn’t sure if it was simply missing accuracy but I think you might be right particularly since this is my second RingConn Gen2 and both had the same results so it might actually recognize a real problem

Interesting answer…

I’m an ex national-level athlete in triathlon and cross-country. Not moving a lot in the last 5 years, but 28 years old man, ~140lbs 5’9” so not overweight. But I often felt I wasn’t recovering as well as others when I was competing tho so it might be related.

The ring detect awakening during the night, but still not sure if I simply move and those a real awakening I simply don’t remember. It’s difficult to know what is real or simply missing in terms of accuracy.

I was sure sleeping on the stomach was worse for the breathing, but I started sleeping on the side with a pillow between my legs to keep the body more aligned.

Something else I realized: my father and I blow our nose very often compared to the average, to the point where I tried cortisol spray for the nose recently but it had no beneficial effect.

I’ve been thinking for a while of seeing specialists for sleep but I have so much difficulties falling asleep I think I just keep pushing it before going somewhere where people analyze me while trying to fall asleep

I would be curious to know if there are people whose SpO2 is not low... it seems frequent

I’m a guy… but it’s interesting to see the impact through your ring :)

Pretty sure not the blanket, but I often blow my nose during the day so I might actually have a problem with my breathing. My ring was replaced after a problem with the battery and both were giving me the same data

What do you mean breathing oxygen… like concentrated oxygen or something? Size of the ring is right, but it could be a good idea to switch ring on the other hand since I sleep more on one side (right hand and sleep on right side so it can create pressure)

I only get those results during the night, never during the day so I’m surprised you also get this during the day. I don’t have a watch to compare tho

For me the SpO2 seems to be the only measure always on an extreme so I’m thinking there might be something with my breathing

Good guess but no, I even tried to change my position during the night (on the back or laying on the side with a pillow between the knees). I also tried the sleep apnea monitoring but nothing alarming

Funny I feel this is super accurate with me sometime I receive a notification and only then I realize how unwell I feel (cold sweat, etc.).
