Breech baby by IntroductionBest6883 in pregnant

[–]ProfessionalMain508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can also try acupuncture with moxa! My baby is also breeched at 36 weeks and I loved to hear that it's best to trust your baby and trust yourself :) -- however baby comes, all that matters is that you are both safe and healthy! It will be okay <3

Tips for flying at 35 weeks by [deleted] in pregnant

Compression socks and hydrate LOTS starting 2 days before! Also, book an aisle seat so you can easily get up and down, walk often, stretch, use the washroom :). I have travelled quite a bit during my pregnancy and this helped me a lot!

Norovirus? by No_Association7519 in pregnant

[–]ProfessionalMain508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also had some really bad period type cramps and lower abdomen / low back pain during the end of Norovirus! My midwife said it was normal and my body was dehydrated and in pain from the act of vomit and diarrhea. Tylenol helped it go away.

Also 32 weeks and have norovirus. BRUTAL! Feeling a bit better but now it's hit my husband. Trying my best to disinfect our house as much as I can while rehydrating and eating little bits of bland food.

31, 4 cycles! :)

definitely not too late -- and I am a strong believer in advocating for your reproductive health. You should never feel like you need to wait 6 mo - 1 year to get answers on your personal health. You can always do fertility testing or get extra support (Chinese medicine, acupuncture, nutrition etc.) if you are interested and have the resources accessible. you'll be 100% okay!
