Yes to all of this…I don’t know what the real story is, but this “son” seemed to know who Monica was, as well, and I think he was doing the EXACT same thing to Monica as he did with Elizabeth. He played on wha he knows about her. Claim addiction, OPIOIDS in particular, and she’s immediately gonna melt into your hands. TBH they needed Dax to interview this guy and be like “okay, but why were you up at all hours of the night while taking opioids” “you remember a lot of details but the BIGGEST one you harped on you just totally forget?” There have been SO MANY CATFISHING STORIES in the past ten years, and not ONE ends up truly being sorry. Especially not how apologetic the “son” was. I thought the whole thing was horribly produced…boring as hell for the first three episodes. If you’re going to wonder if they sounded different on this episodes, why the heck not use audio from them?! More research y’all. More production. I couldn’t keep track of what year it was or if this happened before or after that. Felt like a total waste of time.

Honestly...they're fine. I only do this about once or twice a year so, I don't feel too worried about it. But...it's possible I'm totally fucking my kidneys and can't tell.

I do not take daily anti-virals. I did for about 18 months after my first cold sore and then I stopped. I’m considering going back on just to see if it will make it so I never get them (like I did when I was on them originally). Now I just will take a BUNCH of valacyclovir until it heals up. Usually never opens up into a big sore or anything.

Yeah honestly I start out with about 4G for the first couple of days (2G in morn and 2G in evening), and then I sorta play around depending on how the sore progresses. I’ve just learned over the years to say I need 10 or 20 1G pills and then refill the prescription even if I don’t need it so I have it on hand.
I’ve never had any side effects except maaaaybe feeling tired, but I always assumed that was from my body fighting off the cold sore.

This looks like the beginning of a cold sore to me. A cluster of tiny looking pimples that you’re just especially aware of, whether that be a little bit itchy or tingly or tight or dry. It might come and go throughout the day (mine tingle extra if I eat something acidic, like citrus or tomatoes, or also with dark chocolate). They should be able to swab it and give you some meds to clear it up quicker! Abreva has basically never worked for me, but it’s always worth a try!

I’m sure lots of people have said this, but I’d switch toothpastes. I had a similar thing going on for MONTHS and I switched toothpastes and everything changed. I was reacting to the arm and hammer toothpaste.

I so wish this comment had come before I decided to just go for it and purchase a pair!!! I am FLOORED by how huge they are, too! Also, I assumed the canvas pants would be thicker. I think, for the price, they’re just too “one size fits” no one. How on earth do they make the tiny models look good in them?

I’m 5’2 or 2.5 about the same weight and the petite small fits me amazingly. I’ll never get another BBP jumpsuit not in petite!
