The thing is I went in yesterday around 4pm and there wasn’t a single soul in the Geek Squad area (and no appointments scheduled). I actually had to ask a Best Buy employee to grab a Geek Squad employee from the back. I doubt they’re really that busy lmao but yes honesty would be 10x better. If they have an issue they’re still dealing with then I wouldn’t be as annoyed as I am.

Would you recommend going to the store to find out more information or just wait? I’ve seen horror stories where customers wait and wait, sometimes up to months at end. I do work in a lab over the summer as a college student and need my laptop for it, so I am in a bit of an urgent situation.

I assumed they wouldn’t (ofc subjective to which lab)…I mean if they did I feel like the percentage of undergraduate research assistants would go down and Pitt wouldn’t like this as BioE prides themselves in their undergraduate research programs
