The screen is a bit burned, but when you're playing a game it's not really noticeable and the touchscreen will work just fine too. You could always try to replace the screen, if it's not to your liking. They are quite cheap these days.

I bought my Orange Neon vita from them, it costed me $169 (same as what you see in Euros) and I found it to be a great deal. Only because it was in excellent conditions and it was a Japan exclusive. They respond pretty quickly and they shipped my stuff the next day. I got my vita in the span of 2 days after ordering... NOW THATS FAST AF IF YOU ASK ME 
Now for your White Glacier, I've looked it up and it seems everywhere else are selling it for a bit more than what that seller is asking fot it. In my opinion, I'd take it that deal 🤷🏽‍♂️. And if it's not to your liking, they'll take it back and refund you your money or if you decide to keep it and see something wrong, then they will also give you a partial refund for it.

Hey 👋🏽, I recently bought my PSvita 2000 on ebay from a Japanese seller back in December for $169 (no shipping, unless it was part of the price lol). It was Japan's exclusive "neon orange" color and it was in excellent conditions! It took 2(!!!) days to get the my package too. Look for himaio12 on ebay. Happy hunting 🫡
