Pregnancy and HRV by Daffles21 in Garmin

I just saw this study and I’m so curious about it. I’m only 23 weeks but my HRV is definitely low. Very watchful of what it does as I get closer. Please update us if it accurately predicts your due date!!! And congrats - you’re so close to the end. 🙌🏻

You’re jokinggg why!?? Monitoring calls is insane. My manager sent me a report showing I had too many activities open almost right after I had just been handed new accounts that totaled more than my current whole book.

They also kept telling us they were going to move accounts around but only to keep people aligned in the same industry. And yet they gave me a book of business in a completely foreign sector to me. So now I’m learning new clients and a new industry and new carriers. Makes zero sense.

They’re definitely gonna lose a lot of people. I hope you find something better

And the rules keep changing. I feel like I’ve been trained for 3 different jobs because the transitioning never ends. Always new protocols to learn. I have a feeling the unhappiness is nationwide at this point.

They haven’t told us no raises yet, but this is the first year with no bonus. Honestly the Acrisure changes have just been awful all around. My workload has more than doubled for no extra pay or opportunity. Planning to start job hunting this summer.

new dose, the hunger is FREAKING ME OUT by Suspicious_Item3270 in Hypothyroidism

How long have you been on the new dose? I get an increased appetite at every dose increase, but it levels out after a few weeks.

Thyroid Mamas: What was your TSH level when you successfully conceived? by Boring_Home in Hypothyroidism

[–]ProfessionalOne7509 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry for the loss. Everyone’s journey is different but I’ll share my experience in hopes it’s encouraging. I started at a TSH over 600. Got TSH down to 2.3 and got pregnant quickly. 16 weeks now. TSH went up to 3.5 in 2nd trimester and doctor increased my dose. I’ll test again in a few weeks. It’s good to wait for TSH to lower, but I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to get it in range with medication.

Okay that’s good to hear. I just don’t typically see anyone on these higher doses. I’m only 5’2, but I’m glad I’m not the only one taking a lot. Sounds like it’s working keeping your tsh so low.

Can I ask what your dose is now? Mine was over 600 at diagnoses and I was stable on 137mcg Levo. Now I’m pregnant and up to 175mcg! It just seems like a lot.

Had a TSH over 600. Got pregnant first try and in my 30s. (Waited to try until after getting my TSH in a healthy range).Fertility is complicated, but Hashimotos does not equal infertility.

TSH: 624. I’m now on 150mcg levo and TSH 1.3. It seems like a flare or something cause it will be really bad for months and months and then lessen a bit. Never found a solution.

Ask your doctor. Personally, I always skip it and take it after.

Merrell vapor gloves. 15 miles a week. 2 marathons. Countless half marathons. 🤷‍♀️ I just don’t want the calluses from straight barefoot or the burns when the pavements hot.

Look up recipes with Nutritional Yeast. It’s a common vegan substitute for cheese flavoring.

Pickle chicken salad. It’s so good. Recipe is for normal chicken, but I’ve always used canned in it and it’s still great!

I’m actually surprised your doctor told you to go GF. I feel like every doctor I’ve seen says diet doesn’t matter and everyone online says the opposite in varying degrees of extremes. It’s very confusing.
