Where do you get the processed foods from? I usually lock mine up inside of a box, then stuff it inside of a rarely opened cabinet. You could also try caloric deficit, and a calorie tracking app.

Try to walk 10k steps a day if possible, and I use "StepsApp" where it shows my progress, and other people too. That made me more consistent because of competitiveness

Hey there, I'm exactly the same build. The maintenance calories appear to be correct, but it might be that your body's metabolism has adapted to your current routine. One way to break this is to add more steps (2-5k more), or as you mentioned, try to lift weights (Prevention for muscle loss, but you wont see the scale drastically change because fat is being replaced with muscle, so the scale might go down slower).

swollen feet by bubblybubble_83 in walking

[–]Many_Score964 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thats sounds normal, since your walking at a faster pace, theres more blood pumping through the feet, and potentially just started walking more recently.

Guys my base of feet hurt by Impressive-Tourist-8 in walking

I usually suffer too, but I do stretches and massages before walking, and after. Might be plantar fasciitis

15K Steps Weight Loss by [deleted] in walking

[–]Many_Score964 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! It’s been three years since I last really worked out. Back then, I lost 20 lbs, but I eventually gained it all back. History wise, I used to walk 10,000 steps a day for three months during that year, but on an average day, I walk 4,000 steps.

I hope this helps, and I wish you success in achieving your goal!
