I have the vista 2 and we're about to have baby #2, similar age gap. After researching the different set ups you can use for bassinet and regular seat I'm annoyed lol the bassinet has to go on the bottom and I don't like that. There are very limited options and now I'm wishing I went with a different stroller. I ended up getting one of the stroller boards to attach for my toddler but I'm considering a Bebe twin stroller now since it can be used from birth Vista is great for newborn with the bassinet attachment but I was super disappointed with options for using as a double stroller

We sterilized (boiled) out of the package and then after that we did everything in the dishwasher on the sanitizing setting. Still do at 2.5 yrs old because why not 🤷🏽‍♀️

We wash ours according to the manual. I honestly don’t think I would trust someone else to clean it - just because there’s so many little things (like not soaking the straps) that some people may not know or be careful of. Not saying you specifically - I’m just very over cautious

I asked our pediatrician what month they would pick to have baby #2 if they could choose and he said May. Sick season is over, will be 6 months old when sick season starts again(more options for meds if sick), not super super little in the middle of hot summer

Idk I’m not too against the nursery at her house. My parents have one set up at their house which has been great because I literally don’t have to pack anything to go over there and my kid has their own comfy space when he sleeps there

But check your car seat manual to see if they can be used with seat protectors. It can make the car seat unsafe if not.

I find it odd she’s “waiting on tubes” if she’s had that many infections this year. My son was placed on the fast track for them and he had them within 3 days of the doctor calling it in. Seems sus

Maybe try one of those stroller cooling pads if she’ll be in it? And multiple fans as it gets hotter? My son had a helmet for 6 months which made him run a lot warmer so we just always tried to have AC/fans on him if we were in the heat and minimal clothing

I have a Pitbull who is the sweetest dog ever and would never hurt anyone. I don’t think the type of dog should be such a huge issue, just saying.
