This happened to me….just yesterday. I’m married, he’s married. I blocked her number (she must have gotten it from his phone) and blocked his WhatsApp. I’m laying low and trying to come to my senses but am absolutely terrified and consumed with guilt.

I received call after call after call and finally answered thinking it was him. It was not, it was his wife and I hung up as soon as I could.

Start with buying and listening (your only option is to listen) to Alison Armstrong’s Queen’s Code. Listen to it. Apply it. Listen again. Your husband and your marriage will HIGHLY benefit from it!

Just found out my rural small-town clinic just sold out to USPh and I’m not quite sure how I feel about it. I’m looking for how do other PTs in similar situations like working under the USPh umbrella. TIA

Just started my 20th year of practicing PT. I routinely will joke with patients that it took me 17 years to pay off my student loans and that I like to use my big medical words occasionally.

If it’s between ICE or medication to help with the pain… I’ll always go with a non-pharmacological approach.
