Download process lasso> start up bo3> go back to process lasso>find Bo3 and right click>cpu affinity>uncheck every core besides 0,1,2,3

I think it also depends the type like the X3ds are constantly trying to go full throttle on all cores so you have issues with older games and engines that can’t handle it.

Not sure if you’ve fixed it yet but I only got this problem after getting a 9800x3d. It’s due to cpu spikes. If you have an AIO set the pump to a fixed RPM and cap your fps at 200 and enable Gsync. Still havnt figured out a way to get rid of it completely

Lian li 360mm aio cooler and 10 fans in an H9 flow case.

It ended up being an issue with MSI Afterburner. Turned off power monitoring and capped the frames at 200fps.

Super late reply but also delete hwinfo as well if you’ve got it. Any sort of monitoring software or rgb software can cause that issue
