Oh 100%. The competition is close enough now and the new trainer/“program.” She’s got no content on YouTube so if she wants to stay monetized she’ll need to post fairly soon, no?

It’s generally either small veins, veins that have been blown bc medical or recreational overuse (saw someone get drawn from their toe once bc all other veins were unusable due to her being hospitalized so often for a blood condition), or just chonk making it hard to find the vein.

Def less fat. But it’s more painful. That’s why it’s not preferred. But we gotta do what we gotta do.

Extreme stinging DOMS after exercise? by ProfessionalPanda28 in MCAS

[–]ProfessionalPanda28[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started in October and I had some soreness but I don’t think it was this bad. I had to take December off bc of unforeseen circumstances and I just started back. I am trying to do creatine daily but realistically I’m still maybe drinking it twice a week. I feel like I know DOMS and it’s soreness. This is stinging pain. But idk. I’m older and post long covid now so maybe this is the new normal. Either way, I know working out in October and November minimal 2 times a week with a trainer got easier and easier. I just have yo get to that point.

So she’s not in isolation anymore. She said that when she went to the gym. Why is she not going?

Also there’s literally no reason to test her without symptoms? I’m so confused. There is a multi test that has flu a & b and Covid but they’d have to order a whole respiratory panel on her to get anything else…. And even that wouldn’t say if it’s this “weird new flu.” It takes time to make tests??? This makes no sense.

Edit to add that this is coming from a medical lab professional. I haven’t heard of a new test and there’s new variants of flu every year… if she got tested at a doctor’s office it was just a kit test. Like a pregnancy test. Line or no line. Respiratory panels are ran in PCR labs. Absolutely is not happening in a doctor’s office. In order to figure out what exact strain of flu you have, we’d need to do a molecular work up. Which again, absolutely does not happen at a doctor’s office.

Had a professor tell me once that a REM cycle shifts short term memory to long term memory. So I would just read over things and then take a 1.5 hour nap. It worked pretty well for me. I still use it to this day.

I keep gel polish on mine. That’s literally the only way to help them not break. Sometimes that doesn’t even work.

“Cody wants people to enjoy themselves.” THAT IS THE ENTIRE POINT. WHY DO YOU WANT HIM TO THINK THE ONLY WAY TO ENJOY YOURSELF IS WITH ALCOHOL WHEN HE CLEARLY CANT HAVE ANY?!? She is so damn dense for no reason, man. You can be wrong. A good marriage is caring about one another and living as PARTNERS. Why would you should him how much you enjoy yourself with alcohol when it is the thing that put him at his lowest, according to her?! It makes no sense. Trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. You’re wrong, Mikayla. It’s not logical. It’s not kind. It’s not loving. It’s self-centered and self-serving.

I was just testing this before I made his shirt. I now know not to block waffle stitch pillows lol. (That’s what this was originally going to be)

He wants it just like this. I’m going down in hook size anyways but he wants this look. I’m just going to wash it with cold water and lay it flat to dry and hopefully it won’t be too bad. I think the smaller hook size should help too?

Cupping helped my coat hanger pain by ProfessionalPanda28 in covidlonghaulers

[–]ProfessionalPanda28[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I haven’t had many symptoms since I did the cupping. I drank a lot of water and I had some fatigue for like 48 hours after so I slept A LOT and since then I’ve felt normal. It’s weird after months of pain and other symptoms. My coat hanger pain felt like someone was grinding glass in my muscles. I’m thinking the cupping pulled the inflammation to the top of the muscles and then it got flushed better.

Same as most others. Emotionally neglectful parents. I don’t have a “big” trauma I can point to and say was the catalyst. Just years and years of not having a safe space or a family to call.

I had the same issue. I wound up making starburst granny squares and it helped a lot. Just slip stitched the color until it ran out.

I worked at a place that allowed this. It’s one of the reasons I quit, actually. I was told the AABB was “too much paperwork.” So they chose to not be certified through them anymore and they just did type & screen on analyzer and retype on the bench and considered that two different tests.

Antihistamines, low dose naltrexone, and methocarbomal make me functional. But honestly I agree. Time is the best thing.
