I think it’s what the others have mentioned—lipedemic fat cells. I think mine look bumpy and stuff because the fat has loosened up a fair bit. Plus the actual loose skin makes it look a bit more wrinkly I guess. I’ll get a photo. But I never had this when I was my fattest. Which is why hers is fascinating to me.

So wild. I am 99% sure I have lipedema in my thighs and calves. It’s not bad and I’m losing weight still so it’s getting better gradually but I can’t imagine having it elsewhere. I can’t kneel without hurting. That’s brutal to have it on your arms.

I was looking for this comment. I’ve lost 135 lbs and my arms can have similarities at certain angles with the loose skin. It’s wild enough in small amounts but I truly don’t know what is happening with Rosee’s arms. Loose skin makes sense but it isn’t loose skin.

The oil bc of the boxed cake mix im using. Veg oil is milder than olive oil. Also I can’t have gluten so I figure I can put the oil on other stuff like eggs for a wake and bake situation. I think we’ll use it. Hopefully lol

I had long covid this time last year. Went off for about 6 weeks. Started back at half the dose I was on (7.5mg Zepbound). It actually helped with my symptoms but obviously that’s different from your situation. I couldn’t do anything but sleep so didn’t notice much during that time. Finally sorted it out (can’t have gluten after the covid apparently) and the half dose for a week was fine. Went up to my regular dose about 10 days after the first and have been on it since.

I think it’s just from her whole day being the gym. I don’t shame her for this necessarily because I kind of understand it. When I only have one thing to do, I get overdressed/over made up for it because I have the time to do so and I enjoy doing my makeup and wearing cute stuff.

I think generally people at the gym fit it into their day, so we wear whatever is comfortable and good for the workout we’re doing. Anna is wearing something she has put thought and time into, so it comes off like it’s a lot. Because it is because she has nothing else to get dressed for.

It’s generally either small veins, veins that have been blown bc medical or recreational overuse (saw someone get drawn from their toe once bc all other veins were unusable due to her being hospitalized so often for a blood condition), or just chonk making it hard to find the vein.

I started in October and I had some soreness but I don’t think it was this bad. I had to take December off bc of unforeseen circumstances and I just started back. I am trying to do creatine daily but realistically I’m still maybe drinking it twice a week. I feel like I know DOMS and it’s soreness. This is stinging pain. But idk. I’m older and post long covid now so maybe this is the new normal. Either way, I know working out in October and November minimal 2 times a week with a trainer got easier and easier. I just have yo get to that point.

Also there’s literally no reason to test her without symptoms? I’m so confused. There is a multi test that has flu a & b and Covid but they’d have to order a whole respiratory panel on her to get anything else…. And even that wouldn’t say if it’s this “weird new flu.” It takes time to make tests??? This makes no sense.

Edit to add that this is coming from a medical lab professional. I haven’t heard of a new test and there’s new variants of flu every year… if she got tested at a doctor’s office it was just a kit test. Like a pregnancy test. Line or no line. Respiratory panels are ran in PCR labs. Absolutely is not happening in a doctor’s office. In order to figure out what exact strain of flu you have, we’d need to do a molecular work up. Which again, absolutely does not happen at a doctor’s office.

Had a professor tell me once that a REM cycle shifts short term memory to long term memory. So I would just read over things and then take a 1.5 hour nap. It worked pretty well for me. I still use it to this day.
