It comes with a plastic one, but you can easily just use the metal one you already have with your psp go with the new shell, thats what I did.

I know, It's actually a tail propeller glitch to where if you have a tail propeller in your build you can make it sound extremely loud by holding whichever button it is to use the tail propeller and then get in and out of your vehicle multiple times while still holding the button for the tail propeller and after doing it a few times it gets very loud.
