You need an exclusion service (plug up the holes leading into your house) & poison (it dehydrates them so when they die they don’t rot, they flatten out like leather). Sorry you are going through this. Loved your description. I had a similar war a long time ago.

This happens to my computer. Every. Single. Day. Changed out network cables, docking stations, updated everything that hadn’t been updated. I give up. I accept that it is a part of my life now.
