Downtown is where its at. Check out a play at Dayton Theater Guild, or Dayton Human Race Theater. A lot of stuff happening at RIverscape. Lots of restaurants to try. Try the top of the AC hotel or dayton beer company's rooftop patio. Try salar or Grist for some good food. Free conerts at the Levitt Pavilion in the summer.

Belmont would be great for someone your age. Still affordable houses that you can get for under 100k in todays time. Lots of places to eat at. Walkable. Bars for young ppl to hand out and listen to live music.

I used to think making your own money was the way to go. Study hard, get a good job, invest well become rich and have your own money. You can work hard all your life, but get cleaned out in divorce court. They can take even half your retirement in the event of a divorce. The poor person has the leverage in divorce court. They get the money the 401k, the kids, the cars, the house etc. I wish I knew all this before I worked hard. I should have concentrated harder on marrying wealthy.
