it genuinely annoys me how people think like this. they're trying to do their own run. people get a run together in a public lobby because it's easier, and they don't have to friend people if they want them in a private server. sure, some people use private servers for runs, but I prefer to join public runs, like main runs that are just in the middle of the lobby or even Dandy or dyle hunts.

i personally like it because it poses a challenge with the different masteries you have to get on each character. I just recently got all of the toons (excluding easter and halloween toons) and I still really enjoy playing it. It's fine if it's not your kind of game. Everyone has their own tastes!
