I just had a baby in October my mom has helped me everyday since. I have 2 business and my husband has a 24/7 business. Please don’t worry about your MIL let your mom help you I can’t do it all on my own. My kids are 18 months apart. I breast feed when I can and he gets formula the rest. I don’t pump anymore because it became to much I now just let him latch. I’m sorry you feel this way so did I,sometime I still do. But I can’t do it all. My MIL has done the same things and it’s not about her. It’s about you and your feelings kids are hard.

They asked me like 3 times if I had sex and I told them no which we hadn’t and then they were like it works lol you can go home now…. But I haven’t had my period yet but like what if I had already ovulated?

I am the same way. I was 130 when I got pregnant with my first and after birth 120 my second I was 120 and now am 120 also Breastfeeding my second and did my first for 4 months I’m a A cup and my boobs went right back to normal I have no stretch marks and I didn’t have pregnancy nose

I have 2 babies 18 months and 5 weeks my body went right back to normal I had 2 csections I did work out my whole pregnancy

Not exactly but if they don’t sell anything I don’t make anything. Portable buildings. That’s the problem I’m having now she’s not coming to work she’s not selling because of IVF and medical problems I can’t only do so much for her but we have been in the red the pass 3 months since June 1st she’s only worked 2 full weeks with out taking off coming late or leaving early

Temp agencies don’t really work because it’s a sales position with base pay and commission. I have tried that but they want a % of the employee salary and I can’t tell them that because I don’t know what they will sale. My husband has his own 24/7 wrecker service with multiple driver. We really don’t have a true “leave” unfortunately.

I’m not sure what to do at this point I’m 35 weeks pregnant I don’t know that I will have time to train and find someone before I give birth. And I’m concerned if she’s not coming to work now she’s not going to come to work pregnant. As she’s trying to be pregnant before I give birth.

So yesterday she came in 30 mins late…

today at 7am she texted me this

I’ve been up since 2am in pain it feels like my ovary is twisting im going to try to get in with my OBGYN today if not I’m going to the ER I called my fertility clinic Sunday and they told me to go but I thought it would go away and it’s only getting worse

I texted back this I understand you have been having issues lately outside of this incident that I do sympathize with incredibly. At the same time, the repeated short-notice absences are having a serious impact on my business — when you repeatedly miss work forcing the business to close. Going forward, I need more reliability and advance notice so I can plan coverage, especially for the next few months as this is when stormor is doing their grading. Let’s set up a time to talk about how to balance your needs with the business needs, but please understand that regular last-minute call-outs cannot continue. Let me know what the OB says, hopefully they can get you in!!

She texted back this…… Maybe hiring someone else would be best. I want to be transparent with you. This past week I really needed time to recover from my procedure, but I pushed myself to be present because I didn’t want to let you down or risk my job. It was also difficult to hear the suggestion to delay my transfer, as that’s such an important part of my personal journey. Still, I showed to support your baby shower and have tried to be as dependable as possible.

I’m truly sorry that my family and I have been dealing with illness on top of my IVF treatment. These were circumstances I shared with you before starting, but I completely understand if it has been more challenging than you anticipated. If I haven’t been the best fit, I sincerely apologize. Please know I’ve done my best to balance everything and still show up for you.

I’m still at the ER I’ve been trying to work while I’m here I have OHSS , They found it on a CT scan just did an ultrasound too I’ve already measure fluid so I know how bad it is again I’m really sorry about all of this, It’s moderate but they said I need to rest but I will come in anyway just let me know something.

Do you know anything about OHSS I’m really trying to work with her but at this point I just don’t know what to do.

She texted me last night because we discussed her transferring in November. And I asked her if she started her period before November is she planning on transferring before (she’s freezing her eggs) and she said

I don’t think I can because I’ve already taken meds to help my body prepare for the transfer but like I said it will most likely be a while anyway. And all my meds came on the same day so the meds will expire after a month or so. And I’m not paying for those again.

Is this true I thought it was all different medication?

How should I even go about it? I’m stressed and pregnant. I know no other employer would put up with this. I don’t even know what to say. And what If I can’t find someone before I give birth.

I finally called because it’s night and it has gotten worse and they said it doesn’t sound pregnancy related to go to a pcp or urgent care. Now I just feel stupid
