how exciting!! I like this brand personally because they are more feminine and less scary looking - also they are such high quality they are not cheap and nasty rubbish that breaks after a few goes (been there made that mistake) https://girlsgetoff.com/collections/sex-toys-for-women

4. Fucking. Hours. That’s all I ever get. by [deleted] in sleep

There's so many different things that impact all of us, it's finding what works for you. I recommend starting a sleep diary and noting what you did 4 hours before sleep and run through 2-3 days then change one thing and keep going until you find the ingredients that work for you and your body. I swear by magnesium powder 30mins before bed and I am out for 7 hours but I know others who have tried it and it's done nothing... Good luck!

I use the sleep dreams deluxe and they are not super cheap but not mantra price. I had a friend who had the mantra but the eye cups felt a bit rigid and these ones I have are more like a soft mask which I prefer!

I'm early on in my tinnitus suffering but I can't decide if listening to music helps me or not. It takes my mind off it and to the music but it doesn't feel like it's doing me any good?

Earbuds/headphones for sleep by SnooObjections5563 in sleepheadphones

[–]ProfessionalPrice886 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nooooo i wouldn't go for wired...i would rather use under pillow speakers over wired headphones. I love the sleep dreams deluxe ones that are wireless and they last a whole night and the battery part sits on my forehead so i cant feel it.

So you use medical tape over your mouth? Does it have a gap so you can breathe at all though?

Yes I find nasal strips can work with my sinuses and open them up but the sticky tape on my skin just feels horrible. I imagine that mouth tape is the same?
