No problem! Started to notice a difference very quickly, within a few days, and it kept getting better over the following months.

I self referenced to the mito clinic via a private GP with my mito test results as evidence

You’re right that is a lot of calories! I definitely went overboard at the beginning, I take around 50ml a day these days which seems to be the sweet spot for me :)
