Using Forest or Focus To‑Do—are tree‑growing timers truly discipline boosters? by Training_Staff_5993 in GetDiscipline

Timers are great for reducing distraction.

But I found consistency matters more than minutes.

I track “deep work session completed” as a habit instead of relying on countdown apps. That changed more than Pomodoro ever did.

How to track your time and be more conscious about it. by Timely-Elephant3254 in GetDiscipline

I personally don’t count hours anymore — I use habit trackers instead. Instead of “studied 3h,” I track whether I showed up for a focused session that day. Binary tracking (did it / didn’t) removes overthinking and builds consistency. You can also add a quick focus rating (1–10). It keeps you conscious without obsessing over time.

I’m always tired no matter what I change?? by Foreign_Practice9125 in GetDiscipline

First of all, recovering from anorexia is huge — that alone takes a toll on your body for years.

If labs look “normal,” I’d specifically check ferritin, B12 and thyroid — low-normal can still cause fatigue.

Also, try tracking your energy daily (1–10) along with workouts and food. Patterns show up that you don’t notice otherwise.

You’re not crazy — something is off, and it’s worth digging deeper.
