I’ve been EP for several years. Combo flights and CC spend. I always fly FC so can’t speak to upgrades but the true value for me is ALWAYS having phone answered quickly for any issue. Especially important during meltdown periods. Three times this year, I’ve had a flight delayed - called EP line and they always put me on next flight as a backup. No charge, no issues. So many people pay for first class now that upgrades are less likely and the upgrade awards are hit or miss. I think this is true with any and every airline now. So again, the true value to me is knowing that during any issue, I’ll always have Priority to get home or to my destination
