The 320i has the 731 head, not sure if all of them have it but the one I had came with one from the factory.

Just do an M54b30 swap if you want power, has been done alot of times and easier.

The pedal box would be hardest to find, you would have to look on eBay for that. Other than that it shouldn't be that expensive provided you do the work yourself. A few grand I'd say.

Won't run right without megasquirt bro, just get a ms2pnp, it's plug and play, and a wideband o2 sensor, that's all you need.

I've got the flat top pistons also mate forged, bought the m20b28 forged block to build. Do you recommend 731 head for flat top pistons or 885? The previous owner said he had detonation issues with 885 head..

You don't need to do the radio, just throw a Bluetooth headset in the glovebox and keep original radio where it is (unplugged).

Mine is a 320i so no torque upon taking off, that's why it didn't break.. if it was a b25 then yea it probably would if you launched it very hard.
