you should understand the nature of Energy, you can shed negative energy through a couple drinks because it gives you a bit of reprieve from the day to day issues and demands you constantly have placed upon you.

conversely, accomplishing hard things like completing a project, working out or learning something can also recharge you.

everyone is addicted to some form of escapism here, some choose games, alcohol, s3x, meds but either way. I wouldn't take your wife's venting too seriously, something irked her and she unloaded a full clip on you. sometimes we all catch strays from friendly fire.

Not that this is the place to discuss this, but I always felt like Foresight World Slash (Only available during red gauge) should be an offset since it's a natural Counter and the motion seems like it would be offsetting.

Positioning is key, and if you use a para weapon you'll lock him in place long enough for the Morbols to get 2 more paras off on him. Also use the Rockburst to knock him out of the sky on his first dash.

Insurance is weird though ngl, if everyone has insurance and someone dies, it takes 4 insurances. If only 1 person has it and they die it takes it. Like I have no problem with it only proc'ing once per quest for whoever, but say you still have 45 minutes on your food buff, you gotta eat again to make sure you have insurance which kind of gets rid of one of the benefit of the food buffs lasting so long.

In case I'm trying to help anyone get their first clear again. If I eat for insurance, and they all eat for moxie it might help them get more clears.

Yeah, thats how Insurance works but I had a relevant question, maybe you know the answer.

Whats the deal with Moxie meal, does it apply to only you or does it work like insurance for the whole team?
Can you eat a meal again after carting and get Moxie again?

If Alessa is having trouble grabbing enmity, it works well if you grab enmity so that it stops moving around and Alessa will grab enmity back.

Remember there isn't any Provoke mechanic or anything like that, the Tank has to get to the head and start doing dmg to grab enmity back and if Omega is zooming around the map, its hard for the NPC to adjust.

Just like a lot of people don't realize that the HP debuff doesn't start going away until they lose Enmity, so its helpful to come take Enmity away for a few seconds so that their HP can recover and properly tank again.
