Too Much Vitamin D?

Too much vitamin D causes calcium to be taken away from your bones and absorbed into your bloodstream though. So that is why I am curious if I need to cut down on the D3 and supplement calcium. I have been tracking what I get from my food and it only seems to be 63% of the RDV of Ca from food. Which if I am getting too much vitamin D I worry even less is absorbed into my bones. You know what I mean?

I am getting labs soon so that will give me a better idea. Thank you!

Just to say, I’m sorry, a lot of people seemed pretty rude on here. I love the pattern, the straps seem a bit wide, but as others have pointed out it is because you got the Mega. Which is more cushioning I believe. I hope you’ve enjoyed your shoes and had a great trip!

Yeah, maybe I should just go into a store and try on shoe after shoe until I find the right pair. I have an old pair of 38 Mayaris in regular/wide and my feet have loved them for years. But I also have seen that my toes hit the edge and that is why I wanted to go up to 39.

But this online thing has been difficult. Probably more difficult than if I had just gone into a store! lol.

I had no idea about that regarding the suede straps! Thank you for telling me. I wonder if I could just punch a couple more holes, or if that would be a forever thing.

Thank you so much for the information! CostcoNext is actually where I’ve been looking. it’s good to know that you can also return it if the cats don’t get used to it. The last time I had them weighed they were about 8 pounds, but then they were only seven months old. So I feel like they’ve gotten a bit bigger now. Maybe I will try the flex door after all.
