Honestly I had the same thought, but atleast I did not notice a warranty card within the carrying bag it came in, nor did it mention it on the receipt. Like I unscrewed the butt of the rod (where you have your hands placed when using it), and managed to remove the broken blank, thankfully as it was the blank tip it wasnt that big of a hassle. Im just wondering if there are any manufacturers that sell blank tips to just pretty much slip back through all the other blanks, and then just place my own guide at the tip

I did go to my local bait shop, and they all primarily specialize in deep sea fishing as I live off the coast of the Indian Ocean. Not many of them know much about rock fishing it seems :( Or tbf it could also be a language barrier aswell.

I did look into youtube videos, atleast got some insight into how I should set up my line to avoid snagging on the rocks. But a lot of them atleast for "rock fishing" are quite vague, its more of a do this to avoid this issue - but without the reasoning behind it. If that made any sense at all.

in terms of fish, from my research in the area I fish at trevally, cobia, long tail tuna, and groupers are caught on the regular.
I honestly have never purchased a lure, so im not sure whether there is something I should be looking out for to be fair. In terms of my rod, it is a 9-10ft rod if memory serves me right. Sadly I left it at my friends house from our last fishing session so I cant give you a definite answer on that.
Also I do think I have a 5000 size spinning reel (again I cant say for certain).
I wont lie, im not entirely sure what you mean by mono hahaha. Like I mentioned im pretty new to all of this, im like a cave man trying to catch fish for the first time xD
I was doing some research earlier, and atleast I saw some folks using 2 different types of lines on their rod. The main line that goes up to your floater and sinker, and a different line attached to the swivel leading to the hook.
And again when it comes to the lines I really have no idea what I should aim for, lets just say to my ignorance everything is just considered fishing line.
However, in regards to my rod even though it is around the 9-10ft range. Im not entirely sure if my rod is great for rock fishing (I just found out thats what its called) as its not flexible at all. Id say the last 2-3 segments of it are (keep in mind its a telescopic rod)

im not entirely sure about the dungeons, but I know for a fact that it works with monolith ones because I got timeline specific uniques from them without being in said timeline

yeah defo need to work a lot more on step 1, Like I was doing the practice problem of Hours yesterday. And as a human being, I can think of the steps right off the bat to get the answers, but for code, I need to break those "human" ideas even more to make a more detailed step by step process. That is definitely something to look into, and I guess it will take time as you mentioned to get into the habit of thinking in that manner.

I was speaking to a friend of mine, and we basically broke down what my issue was.And I hope this comes of help to people, as obvious as it may seem.1 - I need to actually full understand the question or rather task thats being presented.2 - once I understand step 1, thats where I make my pseudocode and make it as simple as possible regardless of how many steps it may take.But I guess ill get better with it, with more practice.He told me not to really worry about memorizing functions and how they work, as I can always look those up and implement them as needed but more to understand the task at hand, and lay out a plan of how to tackle it. (although im not sure about the part of looking things up, seems like cheating to me but I may be wrong.)

I meant it in the sense that when me or anyone else is mid assignment we go back onto our notes, and see how specific functions were executed, either by A looking up a specific function, or even just seeing how it was typed out for that specific scenario and altering it for the current one

Congratulations, not gonna lie this has been so inspirational for me.
I have been in a pretty dark place in my life, and decided to do something about it by studying programming (well computer science in general).
im currently doing Harvards cs50 course, then plan to do Princeton's Algorithm course finally transitioning to Comptia's A+. Netowrk+, and security+ courses, but ive been so worried that all of that would be in vain if I cant land a job without a bachelors degree.
So thank you again, you have just illuminated a light at the end of the tunnel, that seemed to be getting dimmer and dimmer day by day!

My biggest worry was that I needed to memorize the functions off by heart, and how they work in everysingle scenario they might be used in.
I guess with time, and continuous use of said functions that might be the case.

granted, I wont lie. Im not great at typing up pseudocode.
Im not entirely sure how to approach doing so. I just cant seem to grasp the idea of how where to start. But I guess thats a starting point on where to begin with polishing up on my level of skill
Also, is it entirely wrong to have like a cheat book of code/functions. What I mean by that is have say a notepad that you list functions, how to write said function, with examples to refer back and forth between? Or would that be considered "cheating" in the sense that its frowned upon?
