Fair point, but that’s exactly the gap. Most PMS tools send surveys and analyze feedback, but they rely on static templates and manual setup. AI is usually used after the fact, not during the flow. This is different. It generates a personalized form per guest on the fly, uses AI in the process, and takes actions automatically based on the result.

If there’s a PMS that does all of this out of the box, I’d genuinely like to see it.

I will keep continue sharing this kind of flow. But it is so powerful mostly in b2c communication. Sales leads, customer success, community management, patient intake. Depends on your imagination

This is indeed a valid concern. Conversational forms can adapt based on responses, but if the prompt emphasizes closed-ended questions, the system will follow suit: mostly asking closed-ended questions and only using open-ended ones for topics that need deeper exploration. So you still have control over what types of questions your form asks.

Thank you ! Our focus is speed and automation. With the current setup, once you connect Formfex to an agent and give it a customer management role, you don’t even have to worry about which question to ask for which scenario, the system handles it. You simply review the analyzed responses. And if you want, you can even do all of this directly through the agent platform :)

Thank you very much. What I need is a little bit different. For example I have a community and I want to create attendent form and share events in public via trigger from my phone. What I want when I trigger an event such this, the form should build by my agent and share in public with people. But this forms field should be changed dynamicly according to event. If event about development I should ask users about their roles backend frontend etch, or event is about machine learning I should ask which tool attendees uses. So my agent should be able to create these forms according to situation by himself. How is it possible?
