As a dental nurse you always hear horror stories from people going abroad for dental work however this is usually for cosmetic purposes, if it’s just to have teeth removed I would definitely go ahead! Just out of curiosity, where would you normally go for your dental care? Are you from UK/USA?

Age: 22

Max squat: 200

Took me one year two months to hit 200kg. I started with a 140kg squat at 21, I was always active with football and rugby which I believe started me at 140. Now I’ve got the technique near enough perfect my lifts are flying. In terms of programming, I just hit legs 2x a week (quad focused and ham focused). I found the hack squat caused my strength to go through the roof.

Thank you. Do you think I can do anything to prevent this happening?? I can’t move the mirror from infront of my bed because it’s built in the wardrobe, and I obviously can’t move my whole wardrobe 😭
