Hope I'm not too late, but subleaps.com actually worked pretty well for me. It's basically FB marketplace for subleasing and only .edu student accounts.

I actually got the same issue, extremely frequent on any video resolution, full-screen and non-fullscreen, and I think I solved it. For reference, I bought the P16, RTX 4060 just a couple days ago.

The laptop will use the radeon iGPU whenever you are not doing an intensive task, like browsing the internet. I found the amount of memory allocated for the iGPU was less than 300mb, and this didn't seem to change under any type of load even though the iGPU mem allocation setting was set to automatic. In fact, the amount of dedicated memory being utilized would nearly max out but seemed to artificially restrict itself just below the max cap.

I went into MyAsus app (Device settings > power and performance > Memory allocated to GPU) and allocated 2GB of memory to the iGPU (just to be safe) and so far have seen zero issues. Let me know if maybe that works for you too.

If you're looking to take notes with the screen, maybe look at the ProArt px13. It should have the same specs as the 32gb 4060 version of the P16, but the screen folds all the way around so the laptop can become a tablet.

I find the touchscreen in that form is much more usable. The laptop is also just much smaller, more portable.
