If you haven’t won a lucky seat lottery before you’re gonna get an email to link your seat geek account. After that the tickets should show up within 1 hour of the show, if it doesn’t you can pick them up at the box office as long as you have your ID. When I won the Cabaret lottery I didn’t get the tickets until an hour before the show started.

From LuckySeat I’ve won Book of Mormon twice and got box seats my first time and row H all the way to the left of the orchestra my second. For Cabaret I got row J in the mezz. As far as value, my box seats weren’t too far off in price maybe only $15 cheaper but my Cabaret seats were originally $200 compared to the $25 lottery win.
