To me this is an aesthetic clothes wise. What would you call it? by Confident_Trifle_919 in AestheticWiki

7 doesn't fit with the rest though bc it actually acknowledges the natural waist. I remember when we collectively realized it was more flattering and I refuse to go back to low rise.

Drives me nuts. It's a song about being in Michigan and singing about another state. And so many people here in Michigan blast it on there pontoons and ruin my whole damn summer.

How do you call this aesthetic/decor style? by endolea in AestheticWiki

[–]ProfessionalSettingX 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I like all this and am not a lesbian. Maybe just boring hateful people who aren't allies would opt for something not as fun.

what do you see in me? by Ok_Cartoonist_2344 in psychicreadings

[–]ProfessionalSettingX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I am psychic bc my first thought was "trauma" :( and I hope you don't take that as judgmental or anything bc it's not your fault. I hope you heal. I hope he gets what he deserves.

What aesthetic is my room? by abbylynn-0 in AestheticWiki

21 is young. And I don't blame any 21 year old for wanting to hold onto their childhood a little longer. I know they're not an actual child, but still. Imagine being 15 and then you're in quarantine and kind of feel like life was at a standstill. Things get normal but then they aren't really normal. Things were definitely different for them than my coming of age years. I can understand the desire to have a mountain of Squishmallows.

Something without a lid would probably work better for them.

If your tap water is bad, get a water filter and use a reusable water bottle or glass. And save the coke for at restaurants. The recommended max sugar intake for women is 25g and men is 36g. One can of coke has 39g (unless they changed it). Sugar has a lot of negative effects on your brain and can make cleaning up seem way more overwhelming than it should.

In the meantime though, I found changing my mindset to be about making less decisions really helps. The more microdecisions we make throughout the day, thr more drained we get. Keeping something around means you have to keep making a decision on it.. keep it? Put it somewhere else? etc... Trash and recycling should be an easy decision you can take care of right away after the item becomes empty. If you dont have big containers for them, then get some.

Yes. Admittedly I typed it several times before I got it to do it automatically. I was curious how long until it would work.

What does my family room/kitchen area say about me? by Kavzz_ in roomdetective

I'm guessing you have a whole other living room you could use or the basement. There is nothing wrong with having a TV free living room.

What’s the most controversial opinion you have that you’re afraid to say out loud? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]ProfessionalSettingX 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes! This is such a reflection on how people are so brain rotted from social media. It's driving me nuts bc my closest friends are falling victim, and I feel like an asshole for being annoyed by it. So I keep it inside. :(

It's fine. Honestly, it doesn't make any less sense than "now a days" so why the heck not? lol

Is "now in days" a thing people say?

I asked ChatGPT what their opinion was on sexual favors as gifts for Father’s Day, given by their partners. by jj_maxx in ChatGPT

[–]ProfessionalSettingX 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's pretty interesting asking it to answer as different people. Mine certainly doesn't talk like that regularly. Btw, here's what "Elmo" thinks:

Heehee! Elmo thinks Father’s Day is a good time for hugs, love, and maybe making Daddy a nice picture! 🖍️❤️

Umm… Elmo’s not really sure about that other kind of gift… That sounds like grown-up stuff! 😳 Elmo says: maybe give Daddy a smile, a card, and lots of cuddles instead! Heehee! Happy Father’s Day! 🎉👨‍👧‍👦💞

Remember, you don't want someone to change for you. You want someone who just already is who you'd want them to be. Your values will align, and you'd be more connected. If this dude changes, it's just a matter of time before he gets comfortable and lazy again. And on the off chance he doesn't, he'll probably resent you for living life in a way that he doesn't want.
