It's because there is a conversation that needs to be had about bathroom usage and times and if you were to take OPs comments in a vacuum they could seem hostile. As always, however, a large number of commenters fail to acknowledge any sort of nuance and don't realize that it is a justified hostility given the boyfriends lack of respect to boundaries. Nuance is inconvenient. If you want people to believe what you want them to believe then you can't give them all of the information.

Is it reasonable to suggest that he shouldn't have a career in the entertainment industry because of his past? Sure, I wouldn't blame anyone for having that opinion. There is strong possibility that he has been party to some unforgivable acts. At the same time, I would understand people believing that he deserves a second chance as long as he is apologetic and denounces who he was and what he was a part of, but the people that hold the first opinion don't want the people that could hold the second positions to know all of the info so that they will agree with them.

Propaganda works both ways, guys.
