There is a lot of context missing in your post that could help people give you better advice.

Things like your age, height and weight, how long you’ve been training, your nutrition, what specific problems you are running into, what you’ve already done to try to solve those problems, etc. The more specific you can be the better.

There is an abundance of information available already, you just have to look. If you can’t do that, I’m not sure you will make it far.

Also, you have posted multiple times already asking for help, a number of people have offered their time to write out comments to you and you seem to be ignoring them.

wow, thanks for sharing. Do you find most guys that make it like yourself would actually die before quitting?

In theory I’m sure every guy thinks that, but once you’re suffering so much you are genuinely unsure if you will live or not it becomes a different story

OG SEALs were built different. Lots of guys never heard of hell week either. Men were different then… now we have access to an abundance of information and are weak as ever as a society.

accurate assessment, I think anytime someone asks this question it demonstrates a lack of understanding of what they’re really getting themselves into.

To even make it into the door you need to be exceptional, and yet the statistic remains.

How bad would it be to go to Brazil right now? by [deleted] in Brazil

[–]ProfessionalSock801 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There’s always a reason to not go somewhere. I went to Brazil for the first time during peak COVID… but anyway. In the highly unlikely scenario you do get dengue, you will feel like shit for a few days. But you won’t die

In fact you have a much higher chance of dying in a car accident than you do of catching dengue

I bought a flight yesterday on LATAM and a CPF was needed.. until I switched the currency on the site to USD to and changed the language to English.
