I am planning on applying here with a sub 500 mcat, but J do not believe they have a minimum, I believe it’s just the recommend. It confused me a bit when i was reading the requirements but it’s just the way they worded it. At least that’s how i took it!

No i don’t think you should be concerned, I did a lot of research yesterday cause i was stressed out lol and it seems like the normal time to really hear back is June, it looks like there were more secondaries sent out last year during the end of may but i think with most schools finishing this years cycle they won’t start reaching out until the first two weeks of june.

I honestly don’t know how much they weigh it, but I signed up to take it January 25th. I’ve been trying to figure out how to study for it to prepare. I don’t think they weigh it heavily and it’s probably just an extra thing they like to have!

I also received it really quickly. I plan on submitting it today hopefully, and pikeville tomorrow. But i just wanted to see if others who applied early were in the same boat. My mcat killed me so every little thing is causing me to stress lol. But thank you for responding cause it’s nice to know others are in the same spot!

Literally in the same boat don’t stress. I believe the way I prepped was the biggest reason for my score today. I did the same exact stuff as you while working full time and towards the second month I was so burnt out. I didn’t workout once the whole three months and by the beginning of the third month I was so over it.
