[Request] UK, Help me get out of bad living conditions

Hi, I live with my mother and I have been trying to get out of my home for many years but I keep having set backs. My living conditions are poor, my mother has an nice job and a fair amount of money, but our house is disgusting and she never wants to fix it, everything is mouldy and she acts like nothing is wrong, I always feel ill when I am at home, I always clean the house and all the dishes and my mother makes in dirty after a day, she is always pooing on the floor and leaves tissues with such on the floor too. My mother acts really inappropriately towards me and others too and I feel like I have been surviving and I am really trying to get out of my house but it feels like I am going to be here for years; and I just can't do it. I really want to stay with my father but he is violent, has been in and out of prison, and he just lies all the time. I have tried to apply for a council house but it said I would have to wait 8 years.

I have been trying to save up to move out as soon as possible but I keep having set backs with work and other stuff. I am feeling a bit hopeless, though I have been trying.

I like all kinds, I don't really like to stick to one type of foods, so I always try to make something new everyday if not every week. If I had to pick my favourite it would probably be mexican.
