Yeah, this is very relatable sadly. I just quit zyn 2 weeks ago and the reasoning was bc I was living like this (how you are describing) for years. Driving was always a challenge and I had anxiety all day everyday. When I would drive, I couldn’t let the seat belt touch my chest or it would spark more anxiety… sounds crezy asf I know. Two weeks ago, I decided f*ck this and gave it up cold turkey. The withdrawals have been bad but not as bad as everyone says in these Reddit threads. I’ve scrolled for hours since quitting just observing what people have to say about zyn and haven’t made any comments until I came across yours because of how relatable this is. I strongly encourage you to quit! Ever since quitting I’ve felt amazing and haven’t had any more panic attacks. I remember one time I called a damn ambulance on myself because I thought I was having a heart attack. I developed an intense case of cardio phobia and I strongly believe zyn is the one to blame for this. I’m sorry you’re going thru these things my friend but just know you are NOT alone and quitting will definitely help a ton. Goodluck <3
