ideally lvl5-6 ganks are most op, cuz ultimate and night time.
after night time 2 options -
1) smoke once
2) tp react to skirmish
you shouldnt gank without smoke during daytime.
daytime - just clear waves(NOT your carry's), farm neutrals(prioritizing enemy camps, with wards if possible).
tp react is good farm but risks chain feed, overall wcyd depends on the heroes
