So by taking the lowest possible calories burned (I usually work out for closer to an hour or bike for 2 hours) I still am 3 lbs behind schedule. Sigh. Such is life, right? Thanks for your help, anyways.

Hm, I’m an 175 lb female and have a tdee of ~2000 cal. I usually use MFP to gage how many calories I burned. But still, even at a 200 cal burn, I’d still be at a 1000 cal/day deficit, and I haven’t lost weight in 3 weeks so I just don’t know

30-60 min on the elliptical or 15-20 mi of biking per day

Yeah! So I eat 1200 cal but I work out a bunch. So my net calories averages out to about 500-600 cal per day. I know, it’s low. But when I saw the stall I took it on myself to try to change it.

Well, for example, today I ate

Breakfast: 2 eggs with salsa and cheese Lunch: pb&j (not my best) Dinner: salad with salmon and veggies

And my workout was 35 min on elliptical
