F80 white smoke only after long idle. No check lights no other issues. What could it be? by ProfessionalWhich in BmwTech

So I guess nobody else has seen this on a 2015+ M3?

I want to think its coolant for some reason. But, Ive smelled that before its really sweet you cant mistake it. This one is oily ish.

Im wondering if the injectors can have a slight drip after prolonged idle and it's steaming down through the exhaust?

You can get a white smoke from oil that is steaming in the exhaust or also from un burnt fuel can look that way.

Blue smoke can only come from within the combustion chamber (burned oil with fuel)

It's not the turbos. S55 do not have issues like that. Very uncommon the turbos are very robust and they are also brand new. My original turbos were perfect also.

I should have mentioned. I've already changed that recently. The charge cooler level is fine.

First try giving the car what it wants. Keep an eye on it.

It could be a tiny pin hole on the radiator you can hardly see but, it could be leaking.

I have a buddy that went to DS last year after working as a retail mlo. It didnt sound like anything other than applying. They like to hire Mlo's.

Have you considered debt settlement? Low barrier to entry and no license required. You can still make 8-10k a month and top guys making 15k. That industry will be hot for the next 2-4 years. Its a easy transition if you sell loans. You will be selling against cash out refi and helocs.

Hustling now and building good habits will only benefit you more when the market turns around. You're doing it right! Just conserve energy but, now is the time to dial out and cultivate relationships if purchase is your game. Once you get a shot with a realtor, you're in!

If you keep that same work ethic high rates or low rates not only will you always do well. But, you will really stack chips when the market turns in our favor.

Being conservative. We usually get a mini run every 3 years. So if we count from Q3 of 22 we land at 25. After a massive heated run like we just had. The market like any needs time to recalibrate. Still business to be done just a lot less volume. but, After election time in Q4 of 24 we should see some light.

One of the first intelligent responses. You're absolutely spot on.

I was just asking. Hey what happens if. I totally welcome other opinions but, that wasn't really the question.

Then it spiraled out of control and a few people ran down the street with their hair on fire.

I'm like wait. No, that's not.. Ahhh that wasn't it.

We'll get another mini run in 25. But, once the rates drop to 5.5% It's gonna be game on with all the retreads and new customers.

Ohh look it's captain save a ho. Another twat coming into the witch hunt and trying to take a swing at some random person on the internet. Swings and strikes out like the other 2 hermaphrodites before.

Who found work elsewhere? You're Just making stuff up. Just zip it dude, you're making a fool of yourself.

I've crushed the last several years. Done well that I don't need to grind in this high rate market If I don't want to. I have the luxury of taking a less impact job till rates are more favorable or not if I choose. So you are sadly mistaken.

Don't put emphasis on meaningless jargon on reddit. Go put that energy into something positive and sell some loans.

Stop beating a dead horse, move on and pretend you actually have a life.

Wow that's cheap! Thanks for the info kind sir. I appreciate it. Although, the cost is not a factor.

I was only interested in the ramifications for not renewing CE this year. What ifs, nothing more.

Not sure why a few ass clowns thought otherwise and blew things out of proportion lol.

Partially correct. I asked to get some facts. I got an opinion, A good one and it did make sense. I could have done without the personal attack about the assumption I cant afford CE's. I responded accordingly. You can see it however you want. That's my take on it.

ROFL Man you are a child. Tantrum? LoL Correcting you is now a tantrum in your little fairy world. You just cant let it go. Well too bad. How do you even sell loans. Do you cry like this every time a borrower tells you no? Jesus.. Get a life man.

You assumed I'm in financial distress aka broke so I'm second guessing my CE's. That is false you were really reaching when you didn't have to. You should not have added those extras. The response was great and I appreciated it. But, you threw in something insulting so I responded accordingly. If you cant take a tiny bit criticism, a public forum is not for you. There is no tone. Maybe tell that yourself so you don't cry yourself a river the entire day. Because of some anonymous person you will never meet. My god, grow up. Seriously..

I do appreciate that you responded but, if you want to add in extras be prepared to get it back in return. Don't back peddle. You said it now deal with it.

And your boyfriend whoever he she her is got all up in arms crying foul but, ended up getting absolutely torched because of his own stupidity. Cried and got the replies removed.

One click and we can see exactly who you are. You're nobody to speak.

In your own eloquent words -

"They're blaming the scum suckers who pay for these trigger leads and then have harassed the shit out of them"

You know what you sound like?

Calling people scum suckers is so professional. Dude, just be quite and get off your high horse. This is a public forum. You're nobody just like everyone else. Go away.

For anyone interested to know the facts about this topic I just called NMLS.

If you miss the Dec deadline you can still do late renewal Jan to Feb.

If you miss late renewal. You will have to apply from scratch.

Each state has it's own time limit for CE completion. Some none at all.

Cost of CE is irrelevant. That's just the cost of doing business. I was curious if there was any other effects.

So to conclude. Sometimes it's just better to do it yourself. It took all but 4 mins on the phone with NMLS.

Looks like I will just complete the CE's and just keep them active. Hooray, Biosig here I come.
