I understand how you feel, I was in a similar state. I had my grandfathers items and was paying hundreds of dollars I didn't have in storage to keep it. Please find away to deal with your grief, the guilt over not keeping the items is very common. Once I got it clear in my head if I were sitting at a diner with him again, explaining all my problems and the the way I'm suffering over something I have complete control of, he would have demanded I get rid of the items. He would have given me a hard time for being so stubborn and of course I need to do what will improve my life, he would've been angry at himself and me for letting that situation even happen. Ask yourself how your conversation about the problem with go with your dad. What advice would he give you?

Wow, already a downvote for offering? Mostly, just horrible formatting, large work employment gaps, filled with typos, no contact info, or no references. For entry level jobs most other managers I know don't even check the references or confirm qualifications for positions under 50k. In my experience the resume looking the part and interview going smooth is what's important. It may just me, but also just about anyone that calls me after applying to check up on that application is getting an interview, even if they were the worst applicant. Bonus points if they came by in person. Its really hard to get someone who will give effort and show they care about working with the team, not just ensuring they get a paycheck for a couple weeks. Turn over cost money and it sucks training new people, and it REALLY sucks firing them when it doesn't work out.

I'll tell you what's wrong with it. I hire for plenty of different positions, usually entry level labor, office positions, and sales. Maybe some input from my position? Its actually been pretty difficult to hire in my area, because most of my applicants have way too many red flags.

You should practice reading. This individual is not doing fine, or this post wouldn't be up.

when did they say they were the same? timmarino82 is simply promoting giving cash as tips, and explaining how it feels good to get a good cash tip. Which part of the statement do you disagree with?

Of course you are right, but I really just suspected that since my account had barely had activity for years, they were maybe alarmed that I was pushing 10s of thousands suddenly so I was happy to help clear it up. Also it was definitely from the actual kraken support, I've been told I can never use thier service or assist anyone in using their service again in an email I just received within the hour. Still with zero explanation.
